Owner
LICSW, Certified EMDR Therapist, CMHS
I’ve had the privilege of growing up and living in the Tri-Cities, Washington, for most of my life. This community is not just where I’m from - it’s home. I am deeply committed to serving the people here and throughout Washington, providing compassionate care that addresses the unique challenges and experiences of each individual.
I’m very much human too! In my free time, I’ll be at home recharging my introvert battery by unwinding with some Hell’s Kitchen or cuddling with one of my three pets. I also prioritize maintaining a healthy routine and self-care, so I can show up as my best self for my clients (and for myself).
My passion for trauma work extends beyond just the therapy room; it’s about helping people reclaim their lives and navigate their journeys in a way that feels true to them. Interestingly, becoming a therapist wasn’t my original plan at the start of my career. However, my desire to help as many people as possible in the most effective way led me to discover EMDR therapy, which quickly became my passion. I really enjoy my job and hopefully you are able to tell that as a client.

Washington State Supervisor in Training
I am currently working towards becoming a licensed supervisor in Washington State. Please reach out if you are interested in supervision!

I’m a therapist who can’t stop learning (seriously, it’s a problem, my brain gets so full).
I’m always in the middle of studying something. Here’s a photo of my bookshelf, which only shows a portion of the books I’ve read (yes, I have a second shelf… and maybe a third). It’ll probably give you a sense of who I work with. And let’s be honest, I’m almost definitely going to suggest you read one of these at some point.
