If you are interested in joining a group, please contact for more information or to reserve your spot in an upcoming session. Group therapy can be an incredible complement to individual work or a standalone option for those looking for collective healing.

$150 per session, must be at least 18 years old.
Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (G-TEP EMDR)
G-TEP is particularly effective for those suffering recent, sudden or ongoing trauma such as:

-
Receiving a distressing medical diagnosis
-
Recent romantic break-ups
-
Natural disasters
-
Sudden loss or acts of violence
-
First Responders needing to prevent burnout

G-TEP offers privacy for those with collective trauma experience to participate in group healing among colleagues, peers and members sharing a common traumatic experience while maintaining safety and dignity in their individual trauma.
How Does Group EMDR Work?
A client will first be sent a number of pre-assessment forms to assess if they would be a good fit for Group EMDR or if they would better be served by Individual EMDR services.
After the group facilitators review the forms, a follow up call will be had between the therapist and client to confirm expectations of group EMDR therapy.
In a group EMDR session, participants will first be introduced to the purpose and structure of the group. Each session typically lasts 90 minutes and includes:
-
Check-ins: A brief sharing period where participants can express their current feelings or thoughts.
-
Education: Information on the EMDR process and how it will be used during the session.
-
Processing: Group members will engage in EMDR therapy, focusing on their individual issues while benefiting from the collective support of the group.
-
Support and Sharing: Participants may share insights or experiences, fostering a sense of community and understanding. Each session is designed to create a safe and supportive environment where healing can occur collectively.
